Delusions

After taking a shower, I noticed a scratch under arm; by mid-morning, having no health insurance, I swore the scratch was growing into a lump. With “Terms of Endearment” visions swarming in my head I persuaded myself not to touch the morphing "scratch-lump" for the rest of the day.

The next day there was nothing. I might have accidentally scratched myself putting on deodorant. Sometimes sharp edges form on my crystal stick deodorant.

Employment

I’m considering getting a part-time job, I'm running out of office supplies.

Additionally, I would not have to make travel plans, Netflix selections, amazon.com purchases, or read movie reviews, the NY Times, and Variety, or sort out personal finances on my OWN time. I hate that. And I could also relinquish my long distance phone carrier from my land line.

Hummm...…

Springtime in Newark

Last night, I saw a woman get mugged while I was walking to the train station to get a 40. Today, while jogging in Branch Brook Park, in the middle of the afternoon, I saw two people, who appeared to be homeless, having sex on a park bench and around the corner from them, the police were dragging a dead body out of the river. They yelled at me for jogging to close to "scene", but I always jogged on that path!!! Idiots.

Can't wait to see what summer is like!!

My Newest Adventure

I'm starting to itch for a new adventure, and I'm contemplating cycling across the U.S. during the summer. Besides I don't have air conditioning in my apartment. Heading north would be cooler. I expect it will take about two months.
