Gold Museum (Museo del Oro)

I'm really not into gold, but since this museum was located across the street from my hotel, it didn't take much effort to explore it! The museum has a collection of over 30,000 gold pieces in addition to thousands of bone, stone, ceramic, and textile artifacts from 13 different pre-Hispanic societies. My take away: Colombia has a huge history linked to gold.
