Definition: A person who is frugal but fashionable.
That is, if I were fashionable, but I'm not. I still where pants ruined by clorox and with numerous holes from six years ago, but I like them, they are comfortable and I have no desire to purchase new ones. I've noticed as I get older, I continue to wear clothes until basically they fall off. No need for style or fashion.
