Dinner by Heston Blumenthal - The restaurant is currently ranked 36th in the 2017 list of top 50 restaurants in the world.  The menu mines a rich vein of British culinary history for inspiration. And surprisingly it’s not bland! The menu highlights dishes recorded as far back as the court of Henry VIII and is rather interesting, especially the spicy pigeon - my fave. Who knew pigeon could be so meaty and tasty? The meat was bit whiter than duck, but not white as chicken.  Pigeon seems to be the new Ostrich, but it taste good.  I'd definitely order it again.
