Renwick Gallery, Washington DC

I never knew Renwick Gallery had a permanent collection. They items they had on display were all part of their permanent collection.  The curator seem to promote a random theme of "Connections: Contemporary Craft at the Renwick Gallery".  However I could not find a "connection" between the art pieces except that they were all eclectic. 

Curators comments "Connections is the Renwick Gallery’s dynamic ongoing permanent collection presentation, featuring more than 80 objects celebrating craft as a discipline and an approach to living differently in the modern world. The installation includes iconic favorites alongside new acquisitions."

Excellent show, just very random.
