Botanical Gardens, Tobago

Absolutely nothing special, other than a group of homeless have made the pavilion their new home. In general, I'm starting to pass on visiting botanical gardens. Typically they are from a prior era, perhaps colonialism.  Currently, they are generally maintained, but that is about it, but nothing exciting.
