Trinidad and Tobago's tourism industry seems to be most based on cruise ships. When a ship arrives, the tour companies gear up and it's easy to fill a car with say 4 tourist and the split the cost 4 ways, which means a $400 tour cost each tourist $100. The tour companies maintain these prices even when there is no cruise ships docked. They still require $400 per tour, and that means I would have to burden all the costs.

Main Ridge Forest Reserve
The forest reserve comprises mostly of rain forests. If I had more time and additional travel companions, I would have like to hike within the rain forests. Tour prices in Trinidad and Tobago are based on a minimum of two. Which means, if you are traveling sole, you'll have pay for two, which is extremely annoying as a solo traveler.
