National Library of Belarus

After visiting the miniature architectural museum in Minsk, it seemed like this was the "architectural" building to visit. It wasn't on the agenda, but since the World War II museum closed early, we decide to visit this National Library of Belarus instead. There's an observation deck to view the city-scape.
