Coffee Plantation

We spent the day touring a coffee farm in the Calarcá area to learn more about the coffee culture in Columbia and the production of this important export crop, from the planting stage all the way to the coffee mug. I'm starting to become a bit of coffee aficionado. I've visited coffee plantations, processing facilities and museums in numerous countries, including Kenya, Ethiopia, Vietnam, São Tomé, and now in Columbia. Perhaps it's time to purchase a history of coffee book.
