Medellin and Cartagena Food Scene



Petronios Pandebono: Corn starch with fermented cassava starch, cheese. 
 Stuffed with seafood casserole, with a touch avocado, silt and lots of Pacific flavor.

Carimañola Cake: Base and cover of baked yucca (cassava), with Cartagenara beef, and Sinuano cheese; marinated in sweet pepper and coriander. Accompanied with aji of suero.
