Random Pics - Bridgetown, Barbados

I haven't traveled much in the Caribbean. I never really had any interest.  I must say Barbados does have some amazing beaches, sunsets and landscapes.  I understand why some many northerners enjoy vacationing here.

But unfortunately the island has a touristy vibe. Where the tourism industry within the county is controlled by the wealthy elites, charging excessive prices to tourist, while the balance of the population struggles to earn modest income.
