In an effort to preserve my knees for future use and to continue exercising during the winter, I purchased and elliptical. I've been running on a regular basis since I was 20 year old. Even when traveling, I'd try to run 5k (3 mile) at least 3 times a week. My knees are fine, but starting to become a bit more sensitive. Time to get them a break before have regrets later.
