My last three Star Michelin Restaurant in NYC in which to dine. As usual it's Michelin restaurant, and I'm finding them all very similar - homogeneous. I definitely much prefer the 50 Best Restaurants in the World when selecting restaurants. Additionally, Michelin has expanded it's markets and seen to be awarding more and more restaurants with Michelin stars. However, the newer restaurants don't have the same standards. I haven't read anything about this, but I'm observing it (I think).
