Test Kitchen had been #1 in Cape Town South Africa for six years in a row and #63 in the world in 2017.  Everything was excellent, but the dinner was bit rushed and "productionalized". There were two seatings.  Everybody got the same courses at the same time to ensure everybody finished before the second seating arrived.

 It took me three days of calling and pestering them to get a reservation. They were completely booked for two months ahead. It was worth the effort.
