Early in the day we observed 4 whales - two mothers and two babies - hanging out. They were moving relatively fast we spend a few minutes with them before they decided to move along. Our swim leader indicated it was very rare to observe this type of grouping.
Later in the day, we spend a considerable amount of time with a mom and a very playful and energetic baby. It was a great way to end our six days on the “Wildfire” boats. The entire experience of swimming with these amazing creatures was completely surreal.
