Pohnpei, Micronesia - Nan Modal

Nan Madol (nän mä-tōl) is a prehistoric complex on par with Machu Picchu, Angkor Wat and moai of Naprui (Easter Island). It’s the ancestral home of paramount chiefs who lived at Nan Madol until the mid-1800’s. It is a place steeped in history and ceremony. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore the entire complex, we only explored Nan Madol.
