Wallis Island

I found Wallis Island to be extremely boring. Perhaps it was due to myself spending an amazing week just prior in Tonga swimming with the Humpback Whales. In comparison Wallis Island was a bit of a disappointment.

 Our first day of exploring the island we visited a lake, a bunch of churches, an old Tongan Ruins, and the Royal Palace. The next day, I decided to skip the snorkeling and morning church service at the island’s cathedral. The others members of our group seemed to really enjoy the church service. I’ve seen a Christian church service before. I didn’t mind skipping it. I would speculate the reason why they loved it was because it was their first stop of their trip and they were all supper excited.

The views from the hotel were amazing. I didn’t mind spending most of my day reading, and organizing pictures and my life.
