My interaction with them always makes me ponder the fairness or justice of them being born in the Congo and me being born in the U.S. Clearly, there are DRC citizens that are far more intelligent, industrious, motivated than I am, but they were born in the Congo. They don’t have the same opportunities that I have had growing up. Perhaps if they were born in the US, and benefited from the all opportunities available to me and American citizens, in general, perhaps some of them would be become the next Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Barack Obama, or the like.
