 Ranked 98th Best Restaurant in the World (2023) 

This dinning experience exceeded by expectations!! A huge shoutout to sommelier Savannah. She slayed the wine pairings. The music was 80’s/90’s Pop! Yes, a bit odd, but somehow it worked!! 

  1. Caviar coastal seaweeds (pic 1 & 2) - a bit flat due to the oil.  
  2. Spiny lobster & lamb broth of It's shells - amazing wine pairing 
  3. Black cod pine mushroom, geoduck clam (pic 3) 
  4. Carrot harissa & sourdough brioche our butter (pic 4) - again an amazing riesling pairing 
  5. Sea urchin grilled (pic 5) & sake w/ dispenser since it’s bad luck to pour your own sake
  6. Gooseberry - pallet cleanser 
  7. Duck, heart & gizzard, duck sausage with nasturtlum leaf (pic 6) - kinda cheating w/ the chunks of salt - but excellent! 
  8. Wagyu (pic 7) - again an amazing syrah pairing 
  9. S’mores, pine, white chocolate, chocolate, chioory, graham cracker (pic 8) - very playful and fun!
