Ranked 98th Best Restaurant in the World (2023)
This dinning experience exceeded by expectations!! A huge shoutout to sommelier Savannah. She slayed the wine pairings. The music was 80’s/90’s Pop! Yes, a bit odd, but somehow it worked!!
- Caviar coastal seaweeds (pic 1 & 2) - a bit flat due to the oil.
- Spiny lobster & lamb broth of It's shells - amazing wine pairing
- Black cod pine mushroom, geoduck clam (pic 3)
- Carrot harissa & sourdough brioche our butter (pic 4) - again an amazing riesling pairing
- Sea urchin grilled (pic 5) & sake w/ dispenser since it’s bad luck to pour your own sake
- Gooseberry - pallet cleanser
- Duck, heart & gizzard, duck sausage with nasturtlum leaf (pic 6) - kinda cheating w/ the chunks of salt - but excellent!
- Wagyu (pic 7) - again an amazing syrah pairing
- S’mores, pine, white chocolate, chocolate, chioory, graham cracker (pic 8) - very playful and fun!
